A. For all inquiries about your subscription please email [email protected] or call our Customer Service Department toll free at 1-800-665-1362. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm CST.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. You can cancel your subscription at any time during its term and we will send you a refund for any unmailed copies.
Q. How do I find out when my subscription expires?
A. You can find it on the top line of your address label. For example: 06DEC2018 means that it expires on December 6, 2018.
Q. How do I view the Digital Edition?
A. You must have a Glacier FarmMedia membership and be a paid print subscriber to be able to view the digital edition.
Q. How do I purchase and start receiving a print publication?
A. Some of our (e.g. AgDealer, Alberta Farmer Express, Farmtario) are delivered free of charge to registered farms within Canada using Canada Post's unaddressed ad mail delivery system. Only farms that are registered with Canada Post qualify to receive their local magazine for FREE. If you are not receiving our magazine, we suggest that you give your local postal outlet a call to confirm that your address is registered as a farm and enrolled to receive farm publications.
